IX3212 CAN input/output and power distribution module
The IX3212 is a solid-state input/output module for use in CAN-based vehicles and machines. The 32 configurable inputs and outputs enable connection of control switches, sensors, actuators and loads into a CAN J1939 control system.
With high power output capability, programmable overcurrent protection and no moving parts, the IX3212 is a rugged alternative for mechanical relay- and fuse-based power distribution modules.

PV25 display and diagnostic module
The PowerView PV25 is a compact, economical display for ECU-based engines using CAN SAE J1939 communication.
With icon status indication and control for Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) regeneration, and data display for DPF soot and DEF (Diesel Exhuast Fluid) tank levels, the PV25 is fully compatible with EPA Tier 4 and Euro Stage III/IV compliant engine technologies.
The PV25 is ideal as an economical, minimum-requirement display and diagnostic module for engines, power packs and entry-level equipment.

Murphy announce the latest V3.2 software release for the PV101-C, the Tier 4/Stage IIIB/IV emission compliant version of our best-selling display.
In addition to the standard PV101 functions, the PV101-C provides:

- display of Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) parameters

LM500(-TF) oil level maintainer
The LM500 is a float-actuated device for automatic maintenance of engine crankcase oil level. It reduces the need for operator servicing and maintains optimum level control, reducing problems caused by underfill or overfill.
Oil level and condition is viewable through a large sightglass. A low level switch (with TF test facility option) can be used to trigger an alarm or engine shutdown. More >

Murphy expand the CANstart range of ECU (J1939) compatible modules with options for automatic engine start/stop control. Models 9641 and 9642 enable auto start/stop control from a single or dual (e.g. float switch) contacts, making these modules suitable for use with generators, pumps and other unattended stationary engine applications.

ECD Earth Current Detector Relays
Effective immediately, the ECD range of Earth Current Detector relays (used to detect residual earth current faults) has been discontinued from production.

FuelCAN™ FLC300
SenderCAN® SNC100/200/300/400
On modern engines, the ECU is the nerve centre that controls fuelling, fault protection and communication between devices.
But the standard ECU has limits. Murphy announce the release of two products for converting analogue sender or switch/relay into standard SAE j1939 data.
- FuelCAN takes a signal from an analogue, resistive fuel level sender, and converts it into standard J1939 CANbus data, ready for use by the ECU or display equipment such as the Murphy PowerView range.
- SenderCAN is a customizable device for OEM-specific requirements.

The new PVM series provides a cost-effective instrument solution for J1939 engines. Designed to work with Murphy PowerView® display modules, PVM series gauges offer interchangeable bezels, simple 4-wire network connection and IP68 environmental sealing.

AMACS GSM communication panel, and
AP12(B) alarm/annunciator
Effective immediately, the AMACS GSM and AP12(B) have been discontinued from production.
No stocks now remain of these two products. The closest equivalent for the AP12 is the ST series of annunciators. The closest equivalent product for the AMACS GSM is the GSMControl-A. Please contact our engineers for further application advice.

PV101 display module for J1939 engines
Murphy announce the release of the PowerView® PV101, our latest module for displaying J1939 CANbus engine data. The PV101 supersedes model PV100, production of which is to be discontinued.
Compared with the PV100, the PowerView® PV101 offers:
- Improved keypad response using the latest technology
- Improved and brighter LCD backlighting and indication LEDs for greater visibility, over the full -40 to +85°C/185°F operating temperature range
- Improved case design offering increased strength and robustness
- Italian joins English, Spanish, French, and German as an additional language option
- Fuel level display: at the touch of a button, the PV101's analogue input can be set for use with a backlighting dimmer or a Murphy ES series fuel sender
- Wider operating voltage range of 6.5 to 32 VDC
- Full backward compatibility with PowerView® model PV100 and PVA gauges

Risk of failure to AT series tachometers/tachourmeters when used with ATVC12/24-REV and 24VDC systems
Murphy Europe has identified a potential failure of AT series tachometers when used with ATVC12/24-REV (Murphy Europe, sleeved resistor type) voltage converters and 24 VDC power supplies.
For full technical details and models/date codes affected, please consult product advisory note yi6434 (PDF format, 220Kb). Murphy engineers will be contacting those customers who have purchased ATVC12/24-REV voltage convertors.

Discontinued Product: UVR101 and UVR501
Production of the UVR101 and UVR501 under voltage relays (for 110VAC Ph-N systems) has been discontinued, effective immediately. There is no direct Murphy replacement for these models.
240 VAC Ph-N models UVR100, OVR100, UVR500, OVR500 and CVR500 remain in production.

Murphy announce the release of the EVS electronic vibration switch.
The EVS is a velocity-based switch, used to warn the operator or automatically shutdown rotating equipment in the event of bearing, shaft or coupling failure.

Discontinued Product: ESI3 Engine Status Indicator
Production of the ESI3 has been discontinued, effective immediately. The ESI3 uses LED bar-graph indication of engine oil pressure, coolant temperature and battery voltage, measured in conjunction with Murphy ES series resistive senders.
There is no direct replacement for the ESI3, but ES senders can be used to drive standard EG series electric panel gauges.

PS660 irrigation pump panels and control module
Murphy announce the release of the PS660 range of irrigation pump controls.
The PS660 provides all the control and fault protection features of a traditional Murphy Swichgage® panel, but in a fully programmable, microprocessor-based package. Additionally, the PS660 can be set up for automatic engine throttling, maintaining speed or pressure in multiple hose-reel or variable load applications.
The PS660 supersedes the PS640 control panel, production of which has been discontinued. The new range is available in flat panel, enclosed panel and control module-only versions. More info>

B6455 Autostart pump panel
Murphy announce the release of the B6455 control panel, designed for automatic start/stop and fault protection of a diesel-driven pump.
Keyswitch operation, fault indication, engine tachohourmeter and overspeed protection are fitted as standard. Automatic start/stop can be triggered from a single closing contact, or dual-contact high and low float switch systems, wired via convenient IP65 connectors on the front facia.

Murphy announce the release of our latest Keystart modules.
Since it's introduction in 1989, Keystart has provided reliable control and protection for thousands of engines and gensets. The Keystart design has been totally re-engineered for the latest production techniques, giving a significant price saving compared with existing models.
The 7210 and 9610 range supersedes the 9000, 9600, 9700 and 7201 series modules, production of which will be phased out. More info>
